LKW Series Long Travel Stages
The LKW family of long travel linear stages was developed for high payloads with very high accuracy and speed. These stages can be utilized to carry a laser head or to carry payload instead of a roll to roll type process. Some applications we have developed this for have also been in an XY long travel format where the Y axis was mounted to a gantry above a 2500mm X axis stage. At 240mm wide and from 800mm to 2500mm in length, this drop in stage is ideal for applications in the laser and additive manufacturing industry for cutting, welding and material carrying with very high precision. We can stretch these stages to 3,000mm or more for custom applications if needed.
